You are not going to Siberia, so you probably won’t need that winter jacket that takes up an entire suitcase. A scarf and winter shoes should also stay in the closet. Some hotels offer beach towels for guests. Beach towels are usually quite large and take up too much space, so it would be probably best to call the resort you are staying in and ask if they provide guests with complimentary beach towels.
Bring a Well-Equipped First Aid Kit
Don’t forget to pack a well-equipped first aid kit before the trip to Roatan. Painkillers, anti-diarrhea pills, and antibacterial cream first come to mind. You can also bring a couple of Band-Aids and a pack of baby powder. Keep in mind that for some pills you will need to bring a prescription.
