 Enjoy a
private relaxing retreat at our four bedroom house. Available as a full
home rental for families & up to four couples OR - also available
as 4 individual units for rent. Each unit has a double bed, full bathroom,
fan, table, chairs, etc. Each unit has nice "firefly" lights
for romantic ambiance. Deck also has soft rope lighting for ease on
eyes and great for easy stargazing as well. All units form an "L"
shape around the open deck which has a Gazebo for shade & hammocks.
Each unit has
views of the ocean and ventilation from three sides. Constant tropical
tradewind breezes create soothing & effective natural ventilation.
 There is
a Large COMMON USAGE AREA: Known as the "OCTOGAN" KLS (Kitchen-Library-Social
Area ) which also has a bathroom. Included here are tables & chairs,
2 refrigerators, 4 burner gas stove & oven, and full kitchen utensils,
dishes, pots, pans and facilities for your use in cooking & enjoyment;
plus a stereo cassette radio player for music. Note: There are no TV's
or phones to disturb your privacy!
Note: Cell phones are available for daily rental on the island if needed;
but local email cafes provide the most affordable and reliable means
of communication with folks back home.
SPECIAL AMENITIES:
 A secluded
quiet beach; - walk along in peace & privacy - unlike the crowds
at West Bay & West End. Beautiful white sand & shallow reef
waters. GREAT fishing and snorkeling and diving. Excellent & safe
shallow area for children, families & new swimmers. Use includes
access to local 350 foot dock which allows you to make a short 5 minute
swim to wonderful reef treasures. You can stay inside the reef where
average depths are from 3 to 7 feet deep or venture out to the far side
and see the wonderful walls drop 100 ft down. Coming soon: Volleyball
on the beach & shuffleboard under the deck.
 WHERE:
This new small - ( 4 Unit ) Beach Home is tucked into a hidden corner
of East Sandy Bay on Roatan. Conveniently located only about 2 miles
from Coxen Hole and 4.5 miles from West End. Close Restaurants include
Rick's American Cafe, Roatan Ricks, and Anthony's Key Resort. We are
on the far eastern edge of a small cul-de-sac behind the white picket
fence that housed the beautiful grounds of GARDENIA'S nursery. It is
next to the 3 buildings of SEADANCER VILLAS which are group owned condo-apts.:

AFFORDABLE PRICES:
 Range
from $450 a week to $850 a week per unit. Special discounts available
for long term rental or when the entire 4 unit complex is rented. In
the off-season: (June to Nov) some possible long-term guests may be
