Our MAIN FOCUS recently has been working on a small project called "Seadancer Villas": located in Sandy Bay, Roatan. Seadancer has 7 units right on the beach offering relaxation in full tropical paradise. We have a fantastic reef just offshore -- a World Famous Marine Reserve Park!

We sell 1/6th shares (two months flexible time MUTUAL FUN ownership) we call it TEAMSHARE - a beach home concept among friends - and the shares are $29,900- Financing available at 5-10yrs & 8% - 10% (depending on downpayment) So it's an easy in & low monthly kind of thing. We feel it's like a beach home owned by a "family" type team - and we each can go down whenever we want and use it. Flexibility & Fun are our goals. All our SEADANCER units overlook the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Each unit has a large deck and hammocks to enjoy our natural landscaping and outdoor living emphasis. Our amenities include a 350 ft. Dock with Sundeck, BBQs, & social circles of lounges, large shade umbrellas & beach chairs to enjoy the use of the secluded, white sand beach that stretches for almost a mile.

Indoors, we offer fully furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villas (approx. 900 sq.ft) with Living room - Dining room and Kitchen. Appliances include large refrigerators, oven-stoves, microwaves, blenders, toasters, coffeemakers, and a full complement of chairs, tables, sheets, towels, etc, ready for your use.

We also have several wind surfboards, kayaks and 14 ft. catamarans with which to explore and enjoy the incredible reefs & waters that surround us. We are only 10 minutes from the airport and local towns & shops there, or 10 min drive in the other direction to the dive shops and many attractions of the tourism centers on west end of Roatan.Come enjoy a laidback ISLAND paradise as it was meant to be!

OFF-SEASON (May-Oct) $350/week - $475/week
MAIN-SEASON (Nov-Apr) $475/week - $995/week
Prices may vary during Holiday periods. Nightly rates are also available in the $45-$95 range - again depending on the size of the group staying & when & for how long: For stays over 2 weeks: arrange a Special Quote - possible discounts per season
